I have noticed for instance with regards my significant other that when I take cognitive supplements (specifically piracetam), I seem to feel more strongly/be more passionate about slights. I also feel like I am less willing to ‘let go’. Furthermore If I perceive that I am being challenged, I am more likely to take on the challenge or challenger.

It would be however wrong to create a link between memory and this seeming feeling of increased passion for piracetam is a cognitive supplement.

PS: this piece might not seem logically coherent to the reader. That is okay.

This was more a way to logically evaluate my thoughts rather than pass along a message to others. So think of this as a the writer thinking their thoughts aloud.

If it were that this were the case, this begs the question what is that jealousy and loyalty coexist to form? – just as the head and tail of a coin exist to form a coin.

Could the answer to this be: a relationship?

I am of the belief that human fabrications (mental and physical) have been essentially based on our observed primordial experiences, innate gifts or talents and our observations of our physical world.

Thus the 10 number based counting system was created and is just an extension reflecting our natural qualities – 10 fingers.

It is thus not a ‘true’/'valid’ system of counting but one arbitrarily created by humans because that is what we knew, and because it is a quality that we all shared.

Could it be then that our knowledge is just arbitrarily and conveniently created and is rather not true in itself?

PS: my motivation for this piece arose from the number 92 – the number of elements in the periodic table as at 2011 and the basis of all material things.

I came across the number and while thing of a way to memorize it said came up with the strategy that 9 + 2 = 11 (1 more number than the basic 10 number counting system.) But then I thought: what if the basic 10 number counting system was 11? And how did humans arrive at 10?

Effortful milestones leave you with a sense of accomplishment. Effortless milestones leave you questioning what you have accomplished besides the milestone that just blindsided you.

I became a year older today.

For instance ‘to protect a child’ in the traditional sense, is to keep the child away from dangers. In a sense the protector holds the child unto their self; sort of like to keep the child hostage.

However to hold something hostage, in the traditional sense, is to hold something in return for a reward.

Yet isn’t the act of protecting a child the same as keeping the child for the reward I shall describe as ‘continued attachment’ or for emotional pleasure.

In a sense to protect something, is to take it hostage because one protects for a reward.

Thus all instances where protection takes place are a form of hostage taking, it seems. Thus it seems, one is bound to see elements common to a hostage scenario in any instance where a protector and a protected exist as in nation states and their citizens for instance.

Sharpened skills act like a sharpened arrowhead which initially pierces the target. Yet the breath of skills you posses (like the wider areas of the arrowhead) produce that extra piercing force allowing an arrow to completely pierce a target.

To be fully equipped to overcome/subdue or get at the heart of a target it is necessary to hone a skill (depending on the nature of target or chose the right target for the skill you have honed). However it is important to develop a breath of skills for not one but several skills will subdue a target.

I am of the belief that the more connected we become, the more individualistic we become i.e. the more we perceive that we are able to survive on our own and without the support of others and the more likely there are calls for separation.
